Pop it on a Postcard

A postcard from Menorca that reads "Hi I wasn’t sure I could send you a holiday postcard but after both kids were sick on the plane (excitement), wet their beds last night (excitement) and woke me at 4am this morning all dressed for the beach..."

This summer we're asking you to #PopItOnAPostcard for someone who won't be going on holiday this year due to cancer treatment.

Many of us may think that sending a postcard from holiday is insensitive, but for those left at home unable to go away, they tell us that knowing someone is thinking of them brings a lot of comfort.

A letter or postcard can be the perfect distraction to treatment, a window to a world outside of cancer - and in some cases, a lifeline to the recipient. The positive impact can be huge.

If you’d like to donate a postcard to someone facing cancer, sign up to our Donate A Letter programme and send in your postcard to our PO Box address:

From Me to You, PO Box 6033, Ascot, SL5 5FH.

On behalf of the people whose days will be brightened from your postcard(s), THANK YOU.
